Hey everybody! I went to the movie theater two or three days ago, so I thought, "Why not make a post about it!" Well, here it is! The Inside-out of Movies!:- |The history of movies| For years, cinema has been a topper in entertainment. Ever wondered where it started? Well, it all started with the pinhole camera. A pinhole camera is a box that has a tiny hole were the lens of a modern day camera should be. According to my research, the principle of a pinhole camera was that when light rays passed through the small hole, it produces an inverted image. Later on, moving images were produced on rotating drums. But the earliest motion picture was Roundhay Garden Scene, filmed on October 14, 1888 in Roundhay, Leeds, England. |What is a movie?| Sometimes you might wonder, what is a movie? A movie is visual communication using moving pictures and sound to tell a story, to help you learn a certain lesson in life in a fun(and maybe educational)way. |How does a movie work?| A movie camera is a very high-tech camera.(It takes picture extremely quickly, like 25 frames per second)So, when you view the movie on a smaller screen, it looks like the things are actually moving. Dialogues and soundtracks are added later in the process of making the movie. When everything has been practiced personally, rehearsed, shot on camera, edited and released, you get the finished product------ A movie.
