20 Ways to Help Brighten Your Morning in 2020

Go to sleep with your blinds or curtain open to let in the light.
Set your alarm 15 minutes before your intended time.
Don’t look at your phone for the first 30 mins after being awake.
Read a motivational quote or make it your phone wallpaper.
Take your vitamins after breakfast.
Meditate and do yoga.
Journal at least a page.
Go on a mindful morning jog.
Workout for 15 mins or more!
Make your morning decisions the night before.
Smile at yourself in the mirror.
Do some morning skincare.
Take a long warm shower.
Turn on a diffuser or light a candle.
Give yourself time to sit and think.
Practice being grateful.
Read a good book.
Look out the window and observe the beauty outside.
Eat a healthy breakfast and take your vitamins!
Talk to your family members or partner, and tell them you love them :)
